FREE FACILITATION PACKETS FOR BOOK CLUBS & STUDY GROUPS

Bring MindShifting To Your Group

FAQs

Quick answers before you download.

Do I need to have read both volumes to use a packet?

No. Each packet is built around one volume. Volume 1 stands on its own, and Volume 3 stands on its own — they cover different terrain (inner work vs. how we work with others).

What's the difference between a Book Club Packet and a Study Group Packet?

Length and depth. Book Club Packets are designed for a single 90-minute meeting and cover the whole book in broad themes. Study Group Packets break the book into 4–5 sessions with summaries, layered discussion questions, and between-session practices.

Can I use these professionally — with a team or in a workshop?

Yes, for internal team learning these packets work beautifully. If you're using them as part of paid coaching or consulting work, get in touch with Mitch first so we can talk through how to credit the source and any licensing details.

What does "free" actually mean here?

Free means free. We ask for your name and email so Mitch can send you the packet (and, if you'd like, occasional notes when new resources go live). No payment, no upsell, no surprise membership.

Where do I start if I've never read either book?

Volume 1 is where the MindShifting journey began — it's about the inner game. Volume 3 builds outward into how we relate to other people. If your group is most interested in self-awareness and habits, start with Volume 1. If they're navigating tension at work, in family, or in community life, start with Volume 3.

MindShifting is the practice of learning to shift out of the mindsets that hold us back — like fear, self-doubt, or the instinct to fight, flee, or freeze — and into three powerful capacities: Resourcefulness, Resilience, and Collaboration.
